Any concessionaire, or his/her representative, whose water service has been severed One(1) month or more

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (No noon break.)

  • Order of Payment
  • Water Service Connection Order (WASCO)
  • Official Receipt
  • Collection Receipt
