Service connection refers to water service which will be installed after submission of all requirements and payment of charges.

WHO MAY AVAIL THE SERVICE

Any resident within the service area of Tanay Water District

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (No noon break.)

REQUIREMENTS TO AVAIL THE SERVICE

• Fully Accomplished New Service Connection Form
• Photo copy of One (1) Valid I.D. with picture and signature
• Barangay Clearance
• Sketch of Location
• Proof of Ownership (Tax Declaration/Deed of Sale/OCT/TCT)

For Applicants with no Proof of Ownership, please submit any of the following:

• Certificate of Ownership(House/Lot)
• Certificate of Residency from the Barangay together with the Notarized Waiver
• Excavation permit from Barangay/Municipal Engineering/DPWH 2nd District
